Volta by Damac at Downtown

Volta is a project in the most desirable area of Dubai – Downtown Dubai. Set alongst Sheikh Zayed Road, it will become one of the most recognisable projects in the emirate. The creator of the project is DAMAC Properties, known for DAMAC Bay by Cavalli, Elegance Tower, DAMAC Lagoons and Coral Reef. Gensler is the architect of the project. Volta is planned to be completed in Q1 2028.

Future owners can choose a unit from 424 residences which include 1-2 bedroom luxury apartments from the 2nd to 50th floor and 3-4 bedroom super luxury apartments located from the 51st to 60th floor. Total areas of the residences range from 673 sq. ft to 2,167 sq. ft. There is also the possibility to buy a full floor with five, eight or nine units.
