The Woodland Residences by Amis Properties

The Woodland Residences by Amis is a new project by developer Amis Properties in collaboration with luxury supercar brand Lamborghini. A limited collection of 30 five-bedroom villas, with an area of 7,335 sq. ft, is available for purchase. The residences are scheduled for occupancy in the second quarter of 2026.

The three-storey villas feature a family living room, open and closed kitchens, a private pool, an elevator, and two-sided terraces, offering picturesque views of the Burj Khalifa skyline. Ceiling heights in the lobby reach anywhere from 13 ft to 26 ft high. There are separate en-suite rooms for your driver, maid and nanny, while the master bedrooms feature built-in dressing rooms. The kitchens are equipped with German appliances and there is a two-car garage for each villa.

The premium residences are located around a 328-ft long lagoon. Residents have access to luxurious amenities such as a temperature controlled lazy river, clubhouse with entertainment, community centre, and more. A safe playground is provided for children and a school will be built nearby.
